Latest News, Thursday, 03 June 2021

The St James College Indigenous Dance Troupe performed at three special events in the lead up to and during National Reconciliation Week 2021.

Principal Ann Rebgetz said the college was celebrating cultural performances by the college's Indigenous Dance Troupe advocating for First Nations People.

“This week marks Reconciliation Week and with that we celebrate the fact that our Indigenous Dance Troupe has performed a number of times over the week, being a true advocate of First Nations People, with their celebration of culture through dance,” Principal Rebgetz said.

The dance troupe performed at the Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) National Principal’s and Business Manager’s Conference, at a North Devils rugby league game, and at the 30th Anniversary celebration of Edmund Rice Camps Queensland.
